Tidepools at Cannon Beach

Category: Oregon Coast
Tags: , ,

Each year, usually during June, the lowest tides at the Oregon coast are minus tides. These photos are taken at Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach at -1.5 for the low tide. On this day, we saw an abundance of purple and orange starfish, sea anemones, hermit crabs, mussels, sea grass and seaweed.
